CONCERNING THE SICK
Dana Clinesmith, daughter of Dan Maeyers and sister of Julie Jones, has been added to our prayer list. Dana has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Please say a special prayer for her speedy and complete recovery.
We want to request continued prayers on behalf of little Bryce Winter, grandson of Linda Iker.
It was just learned that the surgery performed on him earlier this year, did not achieve the desired success.
He is still troubled with fluid on his spinal chord. The next step is not determined. Please pray for Bryce.
We are thankful for the improvement of several who have recently been in need of special prayers. Mays Fuqua, Barbara Brammer, and Ed Corley, all seem to be making steady improvement. Please continue to pray that each of these will continue their improvements.
VBS PLANNING MEETING
There will be a Vacation Bible School planning meeting this evening at 5:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Please plan to come and help with this upcoming project. Our VBS is scheduled for July 15 - 19. That will be a Sunday evening through Thursday. Please mark your calendars.
TIPTON HOME TRUCK
The truck from Tipton Home will be here tomorrow, May 21, to pick up our donations. Specific items requested are as follows: Pre-sweetened Kool-aid, sugar, cereal, peanut butter, Vienna Sausage, Spray-n-Wash, toilet tissue, paper towels, HE laundry detergent, bathroom cleaners, 30 or 40 gallon trash bags. Cash donations are also appreciated. Thank you for your help with this work.
